Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is often known as ‘Yogic Sleep, it is an ancient form of Guided Sleep Meditation. Using a variety of techniques such as guided imagery and body scanning to aid relaxation, offering balance and healing in the body and the mind. Yoga Nidra is an awakened state hovering between sleeping and dreaming. It is during this band of awareness where deep relaxation happens and muscular, mental and emotional tensions are released. It is said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 4 hours of sleep!
Practitioners can expect to leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated. This practice is for all levels of yogis.
