Hello
Iām Boo, an RYT-200 Yoga Teacher and am currently living and teaching in Winchester, Hampshire. From a young age I have always enjoyed sport and participated in a very active lifestyle.
When I first started Yoga my attraction to it was primarily physical but since then it has become both a physical and mental practice in my day to day life. Not only increasing flexibility, muscle strength and tone but relieving stress, relaxing my mind and boosting my focus.
I first discovered yoga 4 years ago and over time I have fallen in love with it and my practice is now an energising and enriching part of my life. I have a personal practice of over three years with a variety of different styles including Vinyasa, Power, Mandala, Restorative and Yin Yoga.
I completed my 200hr Vinyasa flow yoga teacher training in 2020 with Yoga London and then trained in Yin Yoga with Norman Blair. This was followed by a wonderful course in Somatics & Sequencing with Eoin Finn from Blissology. Since these courses I have completed further training in Meditation and Yoga Nidra.
I am passionate about everything to do with Health, Wellness and Nutrition. In 2021 I trained with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a qualified Health Coach.
Modern Life has become increasingly more demanding for everyone. The pace at which we live our lives combined with everyday stresses and evolving technology affect our mental and physical health. I have found that yoga has become the perfect antidote so why not join me on the mat to flow, relax and unwind!
My aim is to create a safe and happy space where all students will feel welcome.
